In a suburban region of Lefkada Island a four member family house has been designed. The building consits of two floors where the first floor covers only the front part of the ground floor’s surface. Therefore, the highest volume faces the street providing the house with more privacy, creating the entrance and functioning as the plot’s N boundary. The volume that shelters the staircase, which leads to the floor’s master bedroom, enhances the house’s natural ventilation and daylight levels. Yards and terraces meet the family’s needs for outdoor spaces.
